By visiting the Cynthia H. Designs website (“Site”), www.cynthiahdesigns.com (“Cynthia H. Designs”), you are accepting and consenting to be bound by the Terms of Use provided herein, as well as the Privacy Policy.   

Order Modifications or Cancellations:

Once an order has been placed, we begin the process of making your bracelet over the next few business days. If you decide you would like to change the saying or leather color, please contact us as soon as possible and if your bracelet is still being made, we will gladly make any changes for you. If your bracelet has been made, we cannot modify it and at that point, cancellations will be treated as returns.

Return Policy:

Due to the fact that there are 45 different colors and 24 sayings that result in a combination of 1,080 different bracelets, each bracelet ordered is custom made for just for you. If you do desire a return or exchange, a $20 fee plus applicable shipping will apply. This fee covers our costs associated with the return.

  • Please email or call us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  • Mail it back within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
  • The item must be in unused, undamaged with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
  • Make sure to enclose a copy of your invoice and repackage your return securely in a padded envelope or box.


We do not charge sales tax for orders delivered in the United States with the exception of deliveries in the state of California, in which applicable sales tax will be added to the order amount.


Each piece is made to order so please allow approximately one week before we ship.

All orders ship USPS 1st class. Shipping and handling charges within the United States are $3.95 per order, not per bracelet.

Expedited shipping is available. Please email for rates. 

We do ship internationally, however, there are absolutely NO returns or exchanges on international shipments.  Please email Laura at laura@cynthiahdesigns.com to process international orders.
